Guest Experience Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with genuine hospitality and polished professionalism, ensuring each interaction reflects the brand’s refined ethos
• Curate a thoughtful, elevated experience for every customer, from walk-ins to loyal clientele and special requests
• Guide guests through our offering with knowledge and enthusiasm, conveying the craftsmanship behind every cheesecake
• Coordinate reservations, orders, and bespoke experiences with precision and care
• Serve as the liaison between front-of-house and kitchen to ensure flawless service and product presentation
• Respond to guest feedback with composure, empathy, and brand-appropriate resolution
• Maintain impeccable visual and experiential standards throughout the guest journey
• Support private events, tastings, and seasonal activations with grace and meticulous attention to detail

Who You Are

• A hospitality professional with at least 2 years of experience in luxury retail, fine dining, or premium service environments
• Naturally warm, articulate, and attentive to the finer details of guest engagement
• Passionate about craftsmanship, flavor, and delivering meaningful experiences
• Poised and polished in presentation, with strong organizational and communication skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-touch setting while maintaining a sense of calm and composure
• Tech-savvy and proficient in POS and reservation systems
• Committed to excellence, with a mindset of continuous improvement and hospitality as a calling
