We’re Hiring: Guest Experience Executive – Delhi


At Benne – Heritage Bangalore Dosa, hospitality is not just service—it’s care, attentiveness, and presence. We’re looking for a Guest Experience Executive who takes pride in creating welcoming, smooth, and memorable guest journeys, from the moment a guest walks in to when they leave.


How we got here:

Akhil and Shriya — a filmmaker and a psychologist — shared a deep love for dosas. Missing the Bangalore dosa in Mumbai, they perfected a recipe and discovered the true secret: a great dosa is made with honour, respect, and care. At Benne we serve food we love — with honesty, warmth, and heart.


Responsibilities:-

Guest Experience & Service

  • Greet guests warmly and ensure a positive first impression
  • Guide guests through the menu, answer questions, and offer thoughtful recommendations
  • Accurately take orders on POS and communicate special requests clearly to the kitchen
  • Stay attentive during peak hours to ensure smooth service flow and minimal wait times


Dine-in & Floor Coordination

  • Manage seating, table turnover, and dining area readiness
  • Coordinate with the kitchen to track orders and ensure timely service
  • Communicate wait times clearly and manage guest expectations


Service Recovery & Feedback

  • Resolve minor guest concerns with empathy and confidence
  • Escalate critical issues when needed and maintain calm under pressure
  • Capture guest feedback, compliments, and observations for improvement


Ambience & FOH Standards

  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and stocking of all guest-facing areas
  • Ensure music, lighting, and overall ambience align with the brand experience

Teamwork & Culture

  • Act as a bridge between guests and the kitchen team
  • Support FOH teammates during rush hours and shift changes
  • Lead by example in professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail


Skills:

  • Strong communication and people skills
  • A natural sense of hospitality and problem-solving
  • Ability to stay composed and efficient in fast-paced environments
  • Prior FOH or guest-facing experience preferred
