Key Responsibilities • Welcome and assist guests with check-ins, sessions, enquiries, and guidance • Manage bookings, appointments, membership details • Provide centre tours and explain our unique features (soundproofed space, exceptional air quality, cave-forest vibe, etc.) • Maintain a peaceful and professional environment • Handle basic admin & front desk operations A female candidate who has: • Hotel Management background (Diploma/Degree) • Excellent English communication skills • A naturally warm, welcoming personality • A calm, composed presence suitable for a meditation environment • Experience in front office, guest relations, hospitality or wellness centres
