We believe in creating meaningful guest connections and unforgettable experiences through warmth, culture, service, and mindfulness. Role Overview: We are looking for Guest Experience Executives who can create memorable, personalized, and emotionally engaging experiences for our guests. The ideal candidate should be well-groomed, polite, confident, presentable, empathetic, and able to communicate effectively in English and Hindi. Key Responsibilities ✔ Welcome, greet, and assist guests during arrival, stay, and departure ✔ Understand guest preferences, sentiments, and special requirements ✔ Coordinate with multiple departments (Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Wellness, Activities) to ensure seamless service ✔ Address guest queries and concerns politely and proactively ✔ Support in special events, birthdays, anniversaries, and wellness programs ✔ Maintain guest records, feedback, and experience logs ✔ Ensure resort's high standards of hospitality, culture, grooming, and decorum ✔ Promote in-house offerings (spa, activities, dining, cultural sessions) to enhance guest engagement ✔ Handle check-ins/check-outs if required and maintain basic documentation Skills & Personality Traits ✨ Good communication skills (Basic English & Hindi) ✨ Warm, polite, and well-spoken personality ✨ Well-groomed and presentable at all times ✨ Emotionally intelligent, patient, and attentive ✨ Good coordination & multitasking ability ✨ Ability to understand guest sentiments and solve problems ✨ Experience in Front Office, Guest Relations, Concierge, F&B, or Customer Handling preferred ✨ Exposure to luxury, boutique, or wellness hospitality is a plus Qualifications 🎓 Graduate / Diploma in Hospitality, Hotel Management, Tourism, or related fields 📅 1–7 years of experience in Guest Relations / Front Office / Customer Service 🧘‍♀️ Passion for hospitality, culture, wellness, and guest care 🚹 Accommodation provided for outstation candidates
