We are currently looking for professional and detail-oriented Cashiers to manage front-end billing and transactions with accuracy and grace. Role Overview: As a Cashier, you will be responsible for handling all financial transactions with guests and internal departments efficiently, while maintaining a high standard of customer service and resort protocol. Key Responsibilities: Manage all billing and payment processes for restaurant, spa, boutique, and front office transactions. Ensure accurate posting of charges to guest folios in the property management system (PMS). Reconcile cash, card, and UPI payments at the end of each shift. Issue receipts, refunds, credits, or change due to customers. Maintain organized records of all daily transactions and submit timely reports. Collaborate with front office and F&B teams to ensure smooth and seamless guest experiences. Handle guest queries related to billing with professionalism and clarity. Follow resort accounting policies and cash handling procedures strictly. Candidate Profile: 3–7 years of prior experience as a cashier or in front desk billing at a hotel, resort, or high-end retail outlet. Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail. Familiarity with POS systems and hotel management software preferred. Professional appearance, polite communication, and guest-centric attitude. Confident, trustworthy, and responsible personality. Immediate availability preferred.
