We are looking for experienced and confident Floor Supervisors who bring professionalism, energy, and leadership to our front-line operations. Role Overview: As a Floor Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations on the guest floors, ensuring that service standards are met, guests are well cared for, and the overall experience reflects the luxury and wellness ethos of Namaste Dwaar. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate the activities of housekeeping, room service, and other floor staff. Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness, functionality, and presentation. Address and resolve guest complaints or requests promptly and professionally. Train and guide staff to maintain high standards of service and hospitality. Coordinate with the front office, housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments for smooth daily operations. Maintain proper inventory of supplies and ensure timely requisition and usage. Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and resort policies at all times. Prepare daily reports and communicate effectively with the management team. Candidate Profile: Minimum 3-7 years of experience in a similar role at a hotel or luxury resort. Confident, well-groomed, and professional personality. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proven leadership and team coordination abilities. Flexible and active, with a hands-on approach to problem-solving. Immediate availability is highly preferred.
