Floor Supervisor

Role Overview: As a Floor Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the assigned floor and supervising the performance of the floor staff. Your daily tasks will include allocating departments, managing guest requests, maintaining cleanliness of games machines, and achieving positive outcomes from guest queries in a timely manner. You will also be required to report maintenance issues and assist in training requirements for the housekeeping staff. Additionally, you will need to comply with property security, fire regulations, and health and safety legislation while maintaining good working relationships with other departments. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise the performance of floor staff - Allocate departments on a daily basis - Manage guest requests and communicate them to relevant team members - Maintain cleanliness and proper lookout of games machines - Achieve positive outcomes from guest queries promptly - Report maintenance issues to the Maintenance/Engineering Department - Assist Housekeeping with training requirements - Comply with property security, fire regulations, and health and safety legislation - Assist other departments when necessary and maintain good working relationships Qualifications Required: - Experience in amusement and gaming industry preferred - Immediate joiner preferred Please note that this job is full-time and permanent, with benefits including Provident Fund.
