Job Description

Overview

This is a full-time on-site role for an Accounts Associate located in Amritsar. The Accounts Associate will be responsible for managing accounts, providing excellent customer service, maintaining accurate financial records, conducting account analysis, and supporting financial operations and reports. The role requires close collaboration with various departments to ensure financial accuracy and efficiency.

Roles and Responsibilities

Compiling and reviewing financial information.
Preparing financial forms, documents, and reports.
Assisting with the preparation of budgets and financial statements.
Assisting with tax filings, accounts receivables, accounts payables, and payroll
Maintaining records and filing systems.

Qualification

Strong Interpersonal and Communication skills
Excellent Analytical Skills
Proficiency in Customer Service and Account Management
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
Proficiency in TDS, GST and TALLY ERP software
Experience in the finance or accounting industry is a plus
