Addressing concerns by checking mails for priority requests daily, receiving calls and emails from clients, and ensuring closure of complaints through proper communication with stakeholders are key responsibilities. Additionally, assisting in activities like filing, checking, and maintaining inventory records, MMR, DMR, complaint trackers, dashboard, etc., is expected. Before the end of the shift, updating the handover/takeover register for all completed or pending tasks is important.
