Key Responsibilities :

• Create and perfect Basque cheesecakes, refined desserts, viennoiseries, and pastry savories.

• Uphold the Basque standard of precision, consistency, and flawless presentation.

• Maintain a spotless workstation and impeccable kitchen discipline.

• Experiment with flavors and textures while respecting the science of baking.

• Move with intent, speed, and grace in a fast-paced luxury kitchen.

• Collaborate with our culinary and creative team to push the boundaries of dessert artistry.

Preferred Background:

• 2+ years of experience in a professional bakery or patisserie.

• Diploma or certification in pastry arts or equivalent experience.

• Prior exposure to high-end, luxury, or boutique bakeries preferred.
