The Pastry Chef will be responsible for creating, preparing, and presenting a variety of pastries, baked goods, and desserts. The role includes designing dessert menus, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen workspace, ensuring the highest quality standards in baking, and managing ingredients inventory. The Pastry Chef will also work collaboratively with the kitchen staff and follow all food safety and hygiene guidelines. Qualifications Proficiency in Bakery and Baking techniques Strong skills in Cooking and general Food Preparation Excellent Culinary Skills with creativity and attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively Understanding of food safety, hygiene, and quality standards Relevant experience in a professional kitchen or bakery Formal training in culinary arts or pastry-making is preferred
