Pastry Chef

You will be joining Red Rhino, a vibrant microbrewery & kitchen in Hyderabad known for its unique craft and dedication to excellence. As a Pastry Chef Commi I & Commi II, your role will involve: - Assisting in the preparation, production, and presentation of desserts, pastries, breads, and baked goods. - Ensuring recipes, portion controls, and presentation standards are consistently followed. - Maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards in the pastry kitchen. - Supporting the Pastry Chef in day-to-day operations and ensuring timely production. - Monitoring stock levels, assisting with inventory, and minimizing wastage. - Contributing ideas for new pastry items and seasonal menu development. - Working effectively as part of a team to deliver high-quality products under pressure. Requirements for this position include: - Previous experience in a bakery/pastry kitchen (Hotels, Restaurants, or QSR preferred). - Basic knowledge of pastry, dessert, and baking techniques. - Passion for learning and growing within the pastry field. - Ability to follow instructions, maintain discipline, and work in a fast-paced environment. - Knowledge of hygiene and safety standards (FSSAI standards preferred). Qualifications needed for this role: - Hotel Management Diploma/Degree or equivalent vocational training in Bakery & Patisserie. - Commi I requires 2-4 years of pastry/bakery experience. - Commi II requires 1-2 years of pastry/bakery experience.
