Role Description

Guest Experience Manager

​What the Role Involves:

• Guest Experience Curator: Create exceptional moments for every guest, offering personalized service and a true taste of Basque Bakery’s indulgent world.
• Team Builder: Recruit, train, and motivate the team to embody Basque Bakery’s warmth, efficiency, and luxury standards.
• Operations Maestro: Oversee daily store operations with precision, managing inventory, order flow, and cash handling seamlessly.
• Quality Guardian: Ensure and oversee the quality, presentation, hygiene, and FSSAI compliance of all products and service standards.
• Growth Driver: Implement smart strategies to boost sales, elevate guest satisfaction, and achieve profitability while preserving our signature elegance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of Management Experience in a high-volume Retail, Café, or Bakery setting.
• Strong customer-focused skills, including Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service expertise
• Proven ability in Store Management and Retail Loss Prevention
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills for effective staff and customer interaction
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed
