Job Description

Greet and engage with guests upon arrival and throughout their dining experience.
Anticipate and fulfill guest needs, ensuring a memorable dining experience.
Handle guest complaints, concerns, and feedback with professionalism and efficiency.
Lead and mentor the guest services team, setting high standards for service and hospitality.
Monitor dining room activities and guest flow, making adjustments as needed to optimize the guest experience.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with regular guests, VIPs, and community partners.
Oversee special events, private dining experiences, and large group bookings, ensuring all guest requirements are met.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
