Guest Relations Manager

Role Overview: As a GEM Manager at Six Senses, you will play a crucial role in upholding the vision and values of the organization, focusing on reconnecting people with themselves, others, and the world around them. Your responsibilities will revolve around safeguarding the core principles of sustainability, wellness, and extraordinary experiences, ensuring their strategic planning and development within the hotel/resort. Key Responsibilities: - Demonstrate a thorough understanding of all facilities and services offered by the hotel. - Implement the hotel's policies regarding guaranteed reservations and no-shows. - Manage advance deposits on reservations efficiently. - Supervise the guest history and profile system in collaboration with the Rooms Division Manager. - Collaborate with Front Office, F&B, and other departments to meet guests" needs and ensure a seamless guest experience. - Enforce established policies, procedures, and best practices, focusing on a cost-effective approach. - Ensure compliance with legal, financial, and safety requirements while maintaining high standards of product and service. Qualifications: - Some college education and a minimum of three years" experience in Front Office/Guest Service at a similar luxury hotel, or equivalent combination of education and experience. - Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred, along with over three years of experience in a similar hotel operational role. - Proficiency in English language.
