Guest Relations Manager

We are looking for a skilled Guest Relations Manager to join our team at Park Hyatt, with 4-8 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

• Manage front desk operations and ensure seamless guest check-in and check-out processes.
• Develop and implement effective guest relation strategies to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with other departments to resolve guest complaints and concerns promptly.
• Maintain high levels of customer service quality and uphold the company's standards.
• Analyze guest feedback and suggest improvements to services and facilities.
• Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and goals.

• Proven experience in guest relations or a related field, preferably in a hotel or resort setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to interact effectively with guests and staff.
• Strong problem-solving skills are necessary to handle complex issues professionally.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Knowledge of hotel management systems and software applications is preferred.
• A graduate degree in any discipline; relevant certifications or training programs are an asset.
