Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Guest Relations Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in guest relations or customer service.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Manage front desk operations, ensuring seamless check-in and check-out processes for guests.
  • Handle guest complaints and resolve issues professionally and courteously.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure excellent customer service delivery.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives.

Job Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are required.
  • Familiarity with hotel management systems and software is preferred.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills are necessary.
