Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Luxury Sales Professional to join our team in Kolkata. The role demands exceptional sales, client servicing, and relationship management skills to engage High Net Worth Individuals (HNIs) and Ultra-HNIs , providing them with a personalized luxury experience. Key Responsibilities Drive sales conversions through personalized client engagement and upselling/cross-selling techniques. Build and maintain long-term client relationships , ensuring repeat and referral business. Maintain in-depth product knowledge (premium healthcare, holistic wellness services) to confidently advise customers . Provide exclusive client experiences including private viewings, Exclusivity, and after-sales service. Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs . Maintain store presentation standards as per brand guidelines. Ensure discretion and confidentiality while handling UHNI clientele. Collaborate with marketing teams for clienteling events (Curated Collection Event, VIP previews, private gatherings). Qualifications & Skills Graduate (preferably in Business, Retail, Fashion, or Hospitality). 3–8 years of luxury retail sales experience (fashion, jewelry, watches, automobiles, or hospitality). Excellent communication in English, Hindi, and Bengali . Strong sales track record in handling premium/luxury clients. High emotional intelligence, grooming, and professional etiquette. Ability to maintain CRM records and client databases.
