Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Guest Relations Executive to join our team at Fortune Park Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in the hospitality industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to provide top-notch service to our guests.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage front desk operations, including handling guest inquiries and resolving issues professionally.
Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of events and services.
Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to guest requests and concerns.
Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and feedback.
Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell services to increase revenue.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in guest relations or a related field, with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
Strong knowledge of hotel operations, including front office procedures and protocols.
Familiarity with CRM software and technology is an asset.
Any graduate degree from a recognized institution.
