Job Description

Responsible for ensuring an exceptional guest experience through warm hospitality and efficient service. Greet, welcome, and assist guests promptly upon arrival and throughout their visit. Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally to ensure satisfaction and retention. Coordinate with the operations and service teams to maintain smooth guest flow and service standards. Maintain guest records, preferences, and feedback to personalize future interactions. Supervise and train front-of-house and host teams on service etiquette and communication. Ensure cleanliness, ambiance, and readiness of the dining area before service hours. Support management in implementing guest engagement programs and loyalty initiatives. Monitor guest satisfaction scores and suggest improvements for service excellence. Assist in managing reservations, table allocations, and special requests efficiently. Prepare daily guest reports and highlight any service concerns to management. Maintain a high standard of grooming and personal presentation at all times. Collaborate with marketing and events teams during promotions and special events. Uphold company values, brand standards, and guest service policies consistently. Serve as the face of the restaurant, ensuring guests leave with a positive and lasting impression.
