Job Description

Oversee and manage all procurement activities for food, beverages, and operational supplies. Identify reliable vendors and negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to ensure cost efficiency. Maintain optimum stock levels while minimizing wastage and over-purchasing. Coordinate closely with the kitchen and operations team for daily and weekly purchase requirements. Ensure quality checks of received goods as per restaurant standards. Track inventory movement and reconcile discrepancies with store and accounts departments. Develop and maintain supplier relationships to ensure timely delivery and consistency. Review market trends, pricing, and new product options for cost optimization. Prepare and maintain accurate purchase records and documentation. Ensure compliance with company policies and hygiene/safety standards in the procurement process. Report regularly to management on purchase status, cost savings, and vendor performance.
