Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Guest Relation Executive to join our team at The Spectrum Resort. Candidates should have 1-3 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage front desk operations, including handling guest inquiries and resolving issues.
Provide exceptional customer service to ensure guests have a positive experience.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest services.
Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance guest satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions.
Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives.

Job Requirements
