Job Summary

The Guest Relation Executive (GRE) serves as the first point of contact for all walk-in visitors, members, and prospective clients. This role ensures a welcoming, professional, and peaceful environment that aligns with the ethos of the yoga centre. The GRE plays a key role in client relationship management, centre coordination, and smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities1) Front Office & Client Management
  • Welcome walk-in clients and visitors with a warm and courteous approach.
  • Handle enquiries regarding yoga classes, membership plans, instructors, and centre services.
  • Manage and maintain the reception area in a clean and organized manner.
  • Answer phone calls, respond to WhatsApp & email queries, and maintain client communication.
  • Assist in scheduling free trial classes and class bookings.
  • Maintain an accurate visitor and attendance log.
2) Sales & Membership Support
  • Provide detailed information about membership plans, offers, packages, and promotions.
  • Assist in sales conversions through effective communication and client follow-ups.
  • Maintain records of leads, trials, conversions, renewals.
3) Administrative Duties
  • Maintain registration forms, feedback forms, and pre/post-trial documentation.
  • Update and track attendance sheets, sign-in records, and class registers.
  • Coordinate with yoga teachers and operations staff for daily updates and schedules.
  • Maintain stock of forms, stationery, and front desk essentials.
4) Coordination & Reporting
  • Communicate regularly with the Centre Manager and Operations Team about client feedback, concerns, and queries.
  • Share daily footfall, lead, and conversion reports with relevant stakeholders.
  • Ensure smooth coordination during events, workshops, or guest sessions.
RequirementsEducational Qualification
  • Graduate in any discipline (Hospitality/Wellness background preferred).
Experience
  • 1–3 years of experience in guest handling, front office, or client-facing roles (preferably in wellness/yoga/spa/hospitality sector).
Skills
  • Excellent communication skills (English & Hindi).
  • Pleasing personality and polite behaviour.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word), email, and WhatsApp-based communication.
  • Good interpersonal and multitasking abilities.
Personal Attributes
  • Calm, composed, and professional in behaviour.
  • Highly responsible and self-organized.
  • Able to handle customer complaints with patience and maturity.
  • Passionate or understanding of wellness/yoga principles is a plus.
Working Conditions
  • Comfortable working on weekends and holidays (as per centre schedule).
  • Will be required to work in shifts based on the centre's operating hours.
