The GRE plays a key role in client relationship management, centre coordination, and smooth day-to-day operations. Skills Excellent communication skills (English & Hindi). Pleasing personality and polite behaviour. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word), email, and WhatsApp-based communication.
