POSITION SUMMARY :

A Guest Relation Executive (GRE) is responsible for ensuring guest comfort during service, and also serving the guests in a courteous, professional, attentive manner and well respect.

ACADEMIC & PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS :

Higher secondary + 1 Year Diploma in Hospital/Hotel Management or Aviation (Customer Service Course preferable)
