Job Description

Key Role:

  • The role of the GRE shall be customer service-focused, responsible for managing interactions with potential and current clients visiting project site, ensuring a positive experience and building rapport, essentially acting as the "front desk", handling inquiries, providing information, and facilitating site visits with a high level of hospitality.

Responsibilities : -

Customer relationship building:

  • Engaging with clients to understand their needs and preferences, building rapport and fostering long-term relationships.

Appointment scheduling:

  • Coordinating property viewings and scheduling appointments with sales representatives.

Feedback management:

  • Gathering customer feedback and addressing any concerns promptly to maintain satisfaction.

Administrative tasks:

  • Maintaining visitor logs, updating CRM systems with client details, and managing follow-up communications.

Interpersonal skills:

  • Building rapport easily, establishing trust with clients, and adapting communication style to different personalities.
