Job Description

Role & responsibilities

• Channel Partner Onboarding:

Identify and empanel active real estate brokers and channel partners in targeted geographies.
Maintain regular engagement and communication to drive performance.

• Site Visit Management:

Ensure quality lead conversion by coordinating timely site visits.
Arrange logistical support and sales staff coordination for prospective clients.

• Market Intelligence:

Gather insights on competitor pricing, schemes, broker commissions, and buyer trends.
Suggest new sourcing strategies based on evolving market dynamics.

• Reporting & MIS:

Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sourcing performance.
Track KPIs such as lead-to-visit ratio, cost per lead, and source-wise performance.
