Architect

Role & responsibilities

Lead end-to-end architectural design for complex systems, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
Collaborate with engineering, product, and leadership teams to define technical direction and roadmap.
Evaluate new technologies, tools, and frameworks to improve system capabilities and development efficiency.
Create architectural documentation, diagrams, and guidelines to support engineering teams.
Mentor and coach engineers, fostering a strong culture of technical excellence.
Review design and code implementations to ensure adherence to architectural standards.
Drive continuous improvement and innovation across systems and processes.

Preferred candidate profile

Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and architectural transformations.
Strong background in DevOps, automation, and CI/CD practices.
Certifications such as AWS Solutions Architect, TOGAF, or similar.
Experience in agile development environments.

Required Qualifications

Bachelors or Master’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
8+ years of experience in architecture or senior technical roles.
