Job Description

To oversee and enhance the customer experience by developing service strategies, managing customer service operations, resolving escalations, and ensuring long-term client retention and satisfaction. The AGM acts as the bridge between customers, management, and internal departments.

Role & responsibilities

Customer Relationship Management
Develop and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
Act as the senior point of contact for major or high-value clients.
Ensure prompt and effective resolution of complex or escalated customer issues.
Strategic Leadership
Assist in developing and implementing customer relations strategies aligned with company goals.
Analyze customer feedback and market trends to drive service improvement.
Contribute to company-wide customer experience initiatives.
Team Management
Supervise, mentor, and motivate the customer service team.
Set performance goals and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) like CSAT, NPS, and retention rates.
Conduct regular training sessions to enhance service standards.
Operational Excellence
Ensure timely response and resolution to customer queries.
Oversee CRM systems and ensure accurate data management.
Collaborate with departments like Sales, Operations, and Marketing to align service delivery.
Reporting & Analysis
Prepare and present regular reports on customer relations performance.
Identify root causes of recurring customer issues and recommend corrective actions.
Provide insights for product or process improvements.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strategic thinking and problem-solving ability
Strong leadership and people management
Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM)
