Role & responsibilities : 1. Responsible for coordinating with various statutory and regulatory bodies such as: Liaise with government departments for securing approvals and NOCs including but not limited to CMDA (Chennai Metropolitan Development Authority) approvals for land and building plans DTCP (Directorate of Town and Country Planning) layout sanctions and land-use permissions RERA project registrations and updates Panchayat building permissions and land documentation 2. Documentation: Prepare, collect, submit, and follow up on all documentation required for statutory approvals including application forms, plans, legal titles, and reports. 3. Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain relationships with officials at various government departments to expedite approval processes and ensure compliance. 4. Regulatory Compliance: Keep updated with changes in regulations and ensure projects are in alignment with the latest laws and norms Preferred candidate profile : Key Skills & Competencies: Strong understanding of real estate regulatory frameworks (CMDA, DTCP, RERA, etc.) Excellent communication, negotiation skills and solution oriented. Strong local government contacts and networking ability Should be a team player, affable and hyperactive. Proficient in Tamil and English (spoken and written) Should have his own mode of transport.

Role & responsibilities • Channel Partner Onboarding: Identify and empanel active real estate brokers and channel partners in targeted geographies. Maintain regular engagement and communication to drive performance. • Site Visit Management: Ensure quality lead conversion by coordinating timely site visits. Arrange logistical support and sales staff coordination for prospective clients. • Market Intelligence: Gather insights on competitor pricing, schemes, broker commissions, and buyer trends. Suggest new sourcing strategies based on evolving market dynamics. • Reporting & MIS: Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sourcing performance.
