Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Guest Relation Executive to join our team at Royal Regency. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in hotels and restaurants.

Roles and Responsibility
  • Manage front desk operations, ensuring seamless guest check-in and check-out processes.
  • Handle guest complaints and resolve issues professionally and courteously.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure excellent customer service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives.
Job Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to interact effectively with guests and colleagues.
  • Strong problem-solving skills are necessary to handle challenging situations.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of hotel management systems and procedures is essential.
  • A graduate degree in any field is preferred.
  • Experience in handling guest relations or customer service roles is an asset.
