Role: Guest Relations Executive

Exp: 3-8 Years

Location- Gurugram HR or Noida

Domain: Real Estate Developments and Facility Ops

A. Guest Relations Management

1. Proficient in

   Handling of Front Office, Sales Gallery and Reception Area

2. Ensure

   walk-in Clients, Visitors, Vendors handling and their hospitality Administration.

3. Vendor Administration & Vendor Management.

4. Sound

   Communication, Presentation and interpersonal skills

5. Be able to manage and

   handle Internal & External Communications.

6. Guest Relation and PR Communication with external Clients and vendors

   on regular basis As per business and work requirements.
7. Coordination with

   internal Departmental Heads / Functional Heads for smooth transition of functions

8. Presentation Development, Data Analysis and MIS Reports.

9. Good understanding of

   Mail Management Tools, Power Point, MS Excel and Internet Application.

10. Prioritization

    of Multiple tasks as per direction of Seniors

11. Ability to learn new concepts, Business Understanding and Team Player.

12. Handling of

    Monthly MIS, Stationary, Housekeeping, Office

13. Maintenance & other Admin Services

Preferred candidate profile

1. Guest Relations, Client Service and Primary point of Contact for Interfacing with the Guests, Clients and Visitors.

2. Ensure Walk-in Clients, Visitors hospitality management and General office Administrations.

3. Supervise

   Administration and assist the Senior Management:(Petty Cash, Day to Day Office Operations, Asset Management

4. Handling all

   facilities and infrastructure setup, liaising with vendor and contractors and others.

5. Good to have prior Exp in

   Real Estate, Construction, Infrastructure, Hotels/ Hospitality

6. Good in Handling

   Guest Relation, Customer Service, Clients Meeting
