Internship
The intern will support the sales and guest relations team by engaging with potential clients and ensuring a positive experience for guests. Key Responsibilities
o Make outbound calls and respond to inbound inquiries to generate leads.
o Explain products/services and assist in qualifying prospects.
o Schedule meetings or demos for the sales team.
o Maintain accurate records in CRM and follow up on leads.
o Assist in preparing proposals and presentations.
o Explain project details, amenities, pricing, and offers clearly and persuasively.
o Handle queries and objections with professionalism.
o Welcome and assist guests during visits or events.
o Handle guest inquiries via phone, email, or in person.
o Coordinate with internal teams to fulfil guest requests promptly.
o Collect feedback and ensure high service standards.
o Support event planning and execution for guests.
o Build trust and rapport enough to convert site visits.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Problem-solving abilities.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office.
• Fluency in English and local language preferred.
