Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Guest Relations Executive. The Guest Relations Executive will be responsible for managing guest relations, ensuring high levels of customer service, handling receptionist duties, and supporting sales initiatives. Day-to-day tasks include welcoming guests, addressing inquiries, managing bookings and appointments, and maintaining communication with clients.

Qualifications

• Guest Relations and Receptionist Duties skills
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Sales and supporting sales initiatives
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage relationships
• Proficiency in using office software and tools
• Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant qualification in hospitality, business administration, or related field
