Youll work closely with founders and senior leaders to identify high-potential industries, reach decision-makers, support sales conversations, and build partnerships that generate inbound opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Market & Customer Research (Support Level)

  • Research target industries, ICPs, and ideal customer profiles.
  • Identify which industries and companies are most relevant for our offerings.
  • Map decision-makers (founders, CXOs, marketing heads) and understand buying context.
  • Analyse competitors, positioning, and market signals.
  • Summarise insights clearly for founders and senior stakeholders.

Outbound Reachouts (Primary Ownership)

  • Execute smart, targeted outbound outreach via email, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp.
  • Write personalised cold messages (no copy-paste outreach).
  • Follow up consistently and professionally.
  • Book discovery and pitch meetings for the leadership team.

Partnerships & Ecosystem Support

  • Identify potential partners such as VCs, founder communities, platforms, and networks.
  • Build and manage relationships that can drive warm leads.
  • Coordinate introductions, collaborations, and partnership-led opportunities.

Pitch & Sales Enablement

  • Support founders/sales teams with: Industry briefs, Case studies, Pitch decks
  • Join client calls when required to take notes and manage follow-ups.• Help deals move faster by ensuring sales conversations are well-prepared.

Events & GTM Tracking

  • Support execution of small industry events, roundtables, or partner-led sessions.
  • Track GTM metrics such as: Open rates, Reply rates, Meetings booked, Conversions
  • Identify early signals of whats working and whats not.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 2 - 5 years of experience post education in GTM, Sales/BD, Partnerships, Consulting, or Business Analysis
  • Strong research and analytical skills; ability to map industries and understand decision-making structures.
  • High comfort with Google Sheets, CRM systems, and outreach tools.
  • Strong copywriting ability for concise, personalized outbound messaging.
  • Strong deck-making skills for crafting narrative-driven sales presentations.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • High ownership, speed, and comfort working in a fast-paced creator-led environment.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience working in content, media, agencies, or creator-led businesses.
  • Understanding of social platforms and digital-first brands.
  • Experience running or supporting events/roundtables.
