With products like XemailAudit and XemailVerify , and managed services that power outbound success, we’re building the go-to ecosystem for email-first growth teams. We’re now hiring a Strategy & Operations Lead to work directly with the Founder and drive growth across customer success, outbound sales, and product operations. Role Overview As the GTM Specialist you will be at the center of XGrowth’s daily operations, revenue strategy, and client success. You’ll lead customer operations, outbound campaign systems, internal reviews, and sales support—while building scalable processes across functions. This is a high-ownership, cross-functional role perfect for someone who wants to learn how to run and scale a business. Key Responsibilities Customer Success & Operations Own customer success strategy and operations for B2B clients in email marketing and deliverability. Lead and mentor a team of deliverability specialists. Ensure high retention, expansion, and upsell metrics across accounts. Oversee client onboarding, lifecycle management, and weekly performance reviews. Outbound Sales & Business Growth Drive outbound email strategy and execution, alongside a team of outbound executives. Run training, playbook development, performance tracking, and review cycles. Take new sales calls with the CEO, co-create proposals, and manage sales-to-delivery handoff. Tactical Execution Source highly targeted leads using LinkedIn, Crunchbase, job boards, AI scraping, and intent data (not just Apollo). Use Clay to build personalized outreach flows with context (e.g., podcast features, hiring trends, LinkedIn activity). Launch and test multi-step cold email sequences in Smartlead . Write intelligent, ICP-specific email messaging — no fluff templates. Leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Browse AI, Clay enrichments) for personalization and copy efficiency. Report on metrics like open rate, reply rate, positive response rate, and booked calls. Continuously iterate and treat outbound as a performance-driven growth engine. Launch and manage test campaigns across 5 ICPs, then scale. Build a high-performing outbound system with trackable results. Drive weekly performance reporting and optimization. Strategic Execution & Product Ops Act as an operating partner to the CEO—own goals, OKRs, team reviews, and execution cycles. Lead cross-functional alignment and ensure smooth information flow across departments. Drive pricing experiments, market research, and new product rollouts. Translate customer feedback into product feature requirements in collaboration with the development team. You’ll Be a Great Fit If You: Have 3–6 years of experience in SaaS, agency, or tech-enabled services in a customer success, growth, founder’s office, or operations capacity. Have built or managed outbound systems using Smartlead , Clay , or similar tools. Can create and test messaging frameworks and ICP-specific copy.
