Job Description

Job Responsibility:Lead Generation & Prospecting:

Identify and engage potential clients through networking, industry events, digital outreach, and market research, focusing on brands seeking paid media and SEO solutions.Pitching & Closing:Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals tailored to client needs, negotiate contracts, and close deals to achieve sales targets.

Client Relationship Management:

Develop and nurture relationships with key decision-makers, ensuring high client satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional digital services.

Strategic Planning:

Collaborate with internal strategy, sales, and delivery teams to craft solutions that meet client objectives and align with agency capabilities.

Market & Competitor Analysis:

Monitor industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies in paid media and SEO to inform business strategy and identify growth avenues.Reporting:Prepare regular reports on sales pipeline, business development activities, and market insights for senior management

Qualifications

:
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 3+ years experience in business development, preferably in a digital marketing or advertising agency environment
  • Proven track record in selling paid media and SEO services
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, especially paid media (programmatic, performance, brand campaigns) and SEO
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Proficiency with CRM software and sales tracking tools
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
