Founded in 2016, Coding Ninjas is one of India's largest online coding EdTech companies. Imparting knowledge is of utmost importance to us and it is our mission to bridge the skill gap between colleges and industry. We teach 50,000+ students annually through our online platform with an aim to help college students and working professionals upskill themselves for rewarding employment prospects.

Coding Ninjas was founded by Ankush Singla, Kannu Mittal, and Dhawal Parate, dawning from an educational background of IITs and Stanford who bring onboard their rich working experience in companies like Amazon, Facebook, Cars24, and other top startups in India. As pioneers in EdTech, we continuously work on curating student-centric learning programs and are progressing toward becoming the de facto coding education company in India.

The company has raised more than 22 Million USD to date and is a subsidiary of InfoEdge (Naukri.com, IIMJobs, Jeevansathi, etc.) with the latter, acquiring a majority stake in Coding Ninjas.

With our specific learning programs, 1:1 mentor support for effective doubt resolution, and over 400+ doubts being resolved per hour, our focus lies on crafting learning experiences that equip candidates with learning, application, and demonstration of capabilities in the software development domain.

Coding Ninjas is redefining tech education in the country. After upskilling 2,00,000+ students (including 5,000+ IITians), we are now building a next gen 4 year AI-native program. This is an exciting new initiative that combines a world-class campus with Coding Ninjas’ decade of expertise in edtech and we are now looking to hire superstars.

As an Associate Program Manager - Partnerships & Growth, you’ll be driving the programs that accelerate this vision. We’re looking for someone who thrives on unlocking new business opportunities.

You’ll be the bridge between our brand and external ecosystems - identifying and pitching opportunities to the leadership, institutions, corporates, and individuals to fuel our growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end program management for strategic initiatives, ensuring seamless execution from ideation to delivery.
• Work cross-functionally with product, sales, marketing, and operations teams to enable alignment and outcomes.
• Identify opportunities for partnerships and collaborations, and support their execution and integration into ongoing projects.
• Conduct research, analyze data, and generate insights to support leadership in strategic decision-making.
• Identify and evaluate partnership opportunities with schools, colleges, edtech platforms, corporates, and global institutions.
• Develop creative growth initiatives (scholarships, hackathons, referral alliances, joint programs).
• Take ownership of special projects that require experimentation, process-building, and execution at scale.
• Create and monitor project plans, KPIs, and performance dashboards to track progress and impact.
• Support the Founder’s Office in high-impact tasks requiring discretion, agility, and strategic thinking.

What We’re Looking For

• 3-6 years of experience in consulting, program management, strategy, or a high-growth startup environment.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to structure problems and derive actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfort with ambiguity, with a bias towards action and learning by doing.
• Proven ability to juggle multiple projects and drive outcomes under tight timelines.
• Bonus: Exposure to end-to-end program management or experience in the education/tech sector.
