This isn’t just about numbers and dashboards — it’s about creativity, curiosity, and the thrill of seeing your ideas turn into real growth. You’ll experiment, optimize, and collaborate with our sales, marketing, and product teams to make travel dreams a reality for thousands of people.

What you’ll be doing:

• Finding new ways to bring travellers to Fusion Fly — and keep them coming back.
• Running experiments, tweaking funnels, and testing campaigns until they shine.
• Working with our teams to make sure every growth idea has impact.
• Turning insights into actions, and actions into results.

What we’re looking for:

• 2–4 years in Growth, Digital Marketing, or Strategy (travel experience is a big plus).
• Someone as comfortable with analytics as they are with brainstorming bold ideas.
• A proactive doer who’s not afraid to test, learn, and try again.
• And most importantly — someone who loves travel and wants to be part of a brand that inspires it.
