Role Overview:

As a Growth Generalist at Kaimana, you’ll be the Swiss Army knife of growth — combining data-driven marketing, performance optimization, and technology to ignite demand and scale our impact. You’ll wear many hats, driving lead generation, optimizing campaigns, and maximizing conversion across the funnel with agility and creativity.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and optimize multi-channel growth marketing campaigns powered by AI and automation.
Utilize data and call intelligence insights to inform campaign strategy and drive pipeline acceleration.
Collaborate closely with product, sales, and data teams to iterate on growth experiments and deliver measurable results.
Manage end-to-end ABM initiatives targeting high-value prospects.
Own growth dashboards and continuously test, learn, and refine tactics to boost performance.
