We are seeking a strategic and data-driven Growth Product Manager to lead product initiatives for peer-to-peer commerce and drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. This role blends product management with marketing and analytics, enabling you to design and execute growth experiments that meaningfully impact user behavior and business metrics.
What You’ll Own
Growth Strategy: Define and own the product roadmap for peer-to-peer commerce initiatives, focusing on driving customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
Experimentation & Optimization: Design, implement, and analyze growth experiments using tools like Clevertap, MoEngage, or similar platforms to optimize product performance.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Build dashboards and reporting frameworks to monitor campaign performance, user behavior, and funnel metrics, leveraging insights to inform product decisions.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing, analytics, engineering, and design teams to deliver features and integrations that enhance user adoption and retention.
End-to-End Product Management: Manage mobile and backend product development cycles, ensuring features are scalable, robust, and aligned with growth goals.
Who You Are
Strong generalist product manager with experience driving growth and marketing-focused product initiatives.
Proficient in data analytics, experimentation, and conversion optimization to improve KPIs across acquisition, engagement, and retention.
Experience in mobile app and backend product development, with the ability to translate data insights into actionable product enhancements.
Prior experience in e-commerce, peer-to-peer platforms, or consumer growth products is highly desirable.
Educational background: B.Tech + MBA preferred, though proven product experience is critical.
