Growth Product Manager

As a Growth Product Manager, you will be positioned at the intersection of artificial intelligence and developer acquisition. Your main focus will be on addressing complex challenges related to user onboarding, product adoption, and community expansion while driving the growth strategy for our AI code review platform. Your role will involve collaborating with engineering, machine learning teams, marketing, and the developer community to accelerate user acquisition, activation, and retention. You will be responsible for driving the growth vision for our AI code review platform across the entire user lifecycle. This will involve building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, growth partners, and community leaders. You will need to develop and execute a robust growth strategy and roadmap, ensuring a balance between technical feasibility and growth opportunities. Working closely with engineering teams, you will define growth-focused technical requirements that effectively engage developers. Additionally, you will design and optimize user onboarding flows, trial experiences, and activation funnels, and analyze growth metrics, conversion rates, and user behavior to make data-driven decisions. Collaboration with ML teams will be essential to enhance personalization and user experience optimization. You will also partner with marketing and sales teams to align product-led growth initiatives with overall go-to-market strategies. Conducting growth experiments, A/B tests, and user research to validate hypotheses will be part of your responsibilities. Furthermore, you will define and maintain growth documentation, experimentation frameworks, and measurement processes, as well as identify and prioritize growth opportunities across different user segments and channels. In terms of skills, we are looking for someone with proven experience in driving product-led growth initiatives from conception to measurable results. The ideal candidate should have 3-5 years of total experience, including at least 2-3 years in a hands-on software engineering role and 2+ years of product management experience. A strong understanding of the software development lifecycle, code review processes, and developer workflows is essential. Familiarity with Git workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and modern development tools is also required. Strong analytical skills with a track record in optimizing growth metrics, funnels, and conducting experiments are highly valued. For qualifications, a minimum of 3-5 years of total experience is required, with a minimum of 2-3 years in a hands-on software engineering capacity and at least 2 years in product management focused on growth. Bonus points will be awarded for experience at high-growth, developer-focused companies, familiarity with AI/ML concepts and their practical applications in developer tools, experience with product analytics tools, growth experimentation platforms, and user research methodologies, contributions to open-source projects, or active participation in developer communities. A background in developer onboarding, freemium/trial conversion, or product-led growth (PLG) strategies will also be advantageous.
