Job Description

About the Role:

We are looking for a

Growth Marketing Manager

to drive

lead generation, customer acquisition, and marketing automation

at Quoqo. You will

own the marketing funnel

, ensuring seamless alignment with sales to optimize conversion rates and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute

lead generation campaigns

via existing automation tools.

Optimize

email outreach and retargeting

strategies to increase conversion rates.

Implement

marketing automation

to ensure

high-quality lead handoff to the sales team

Own

website analytics, SEO, and content performance tracking

to improve inbound traffic.

Work closely with the

sales team

to refine

messaging, ICPs, and outreach strategies

Measure and improve

customer acquisition cost (CAC) and return on ad spend (ROAS)

Qualifications:

4+ years in
growth marketing, demand generation, or performance marketing
.
Hands-on experience with tools such as
Apollo, Mailchimp, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and SEO tools
.
Strong analytical skills in
Google Analytics, CRM dashboards, and conversion tracking
.
Familiarity with
sales enablement tools including CRMs
.
Experience in
B2B SaaS or AI-driven tech marketing preferred
.

Preferred Degree:

Bachelor s/Master s in Marketing, Business, Digital Marketing, or Communications

MBA in Marketing or Growth Strategy (Preferred but not mandatory)

More Important Than Degrees:

Proven

experience in lead generation, demand generation, and marketing automation

Hands-on skills in

Apollo, Mailchimp, CRM tools (Zoho CRM, HubSpot), and LinkedIn Ads

Ability to

scale customer acquisition efforts

using

data-driven strategies
