About the Role:

We are looking for a

Performance Marketing Specialist

optimize paid ad campaigns and SEO strategy

to generate

high-quality leads at a lower cost

. Your primary focus will be

Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and website SEO

Key Responsibilities:

Plan & execute paid campaigns

on Google, LinkedIn, and other B2B platforms.

Optimize ad spend

to improve

customer acquisition cost (CAC) and ROAS

Perform

SEO analysis, keyword research, and on-page optimization

Conduct

A/B testing

on ad creatives, landing pages, and conversion funnels.

Analyze

campaign performance

and generate insights for lead growth.

Qualifications:

3+ years of

performance marketing & SEO experience

Hands-on experience with

Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and paid retargeting

Strong knowledge of

SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Analytics)

Ability to

reduce ad spend waste & maximize conversion rates

Preferred Degree:

Bachelor s in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Data Analytics, or Business

Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or SEO are highly valued

More Important Than Degrees:

Experience managing

Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Paid Retargeting Campaigns

Knowledge of

performance marketing metrics like CAC, ROAS, and CTR

Hands-on expertise in

SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz)
