Growth Marketing Manager

Title: Lead - Growth Marketing Manager Experience: 3 to 5 years Job location: Hyderabad (Work from office) About the Role As Growth Marketing Manager, you’ll be the engine behind our user/customer acquisition efforts. You’ll work cross-functionally, move fast, and take full ownership of key growth channels—from paid media to lifecycle marketing and beyond. This is a high-impact role for someone who’s equal parts strategic thinker and scrappy executor. What You’ll Do Design and execute experiments to drive growth across paid, organic, referral, and lifecycle channels Own paid acquisition (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.)—from campaign setup to creative iteration and performance optimization Analyse funnel data to identify drop-offs, improve conversion rates, and reduce CAC Collaborate with product, design, and content teams to develop and test landing pages, onboarding flows, and growth loops Build and maintain reporting dashboards to track KPIs (CAC, LTV, ROAS, etc.) Scale what works—and sunset what doesn’t—based on data-driven insights What We’re Looking For 2–5 years of experience in growth or performance marketing, ideally in a high-growth startup environment Proven track record of driving measurable acquisition or revenue growth Strong command of marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Mixpanel/GA4, HubSpot/CRM tools, etc.) Data-driven and comfortable working with metrics, attribution, and testing frameworks Experience running A/B tests and growth experiments across channels Agile, entrepreneurial mindset—bias toward action, comfortable with ambiguity Bonus If You Have Experience in B2B SaaS or B2C marketplaces Familiarity with SQL, Looker, or similar tools Knowledge of product-led growth tactics Creative chops (copywriting, landing page optimization, ad creative direction) Why Join Us?
