Growth Marketing Lead


Role Summary

  • Multi-Channel Growth:

    Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across

    LinkedIn, Twitter (X), YouTube

    , and other relevant platforms to drive user growth and brand awareness.
  • Content Creation & Automation:

    Produce and schedule engaging content (posts, videos, threads, etc.) on a regular cadence,

    leveraging AI tools

    to generate and automate high-quality content artifacts (e.g. using generative AI for copy, images, or video).
  • Social Media Engagement:

    Manage and grow our social media communities – actively interact with followers, respond to comments and DMs, and spark conversations among developers and creators to boost engagement.
  • Community Building:

    Drive community engagement initiatives on customer channels like our Discord, forums, or Slack. Host AMAs, webinars, or discussions that nurture an active, supportive user base and keep customers excited about our product.
  • Growth Experiments:

    Continuously experiment with innovative growth hacks. Run A/B tests on content and campaigns, use analytics to track performance, and iterate quickly based on what the data shows to maximize reach and conversion.
  • Product Storytelling:

    Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to translate new features, user success stories, and industry breakthroughs into compelling marketing narratives and shareable content.
  • Competitive Engagement:

    Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor communities. Engage with platforms in our space to identify partnership or cross-promotion opportunities and gather ideas for growth strategies.
  • Tech Demos & Creative Projects:

    Use your technical creativity to build simple demo apps or interactive projects using AI/no-code tools. Showcase

    NonBioS

    capabilities through these projects as part of campaigns (e.g. quick hackathon challenges, demo videos) to inspire our audience.


Requirements (Must-Haves)

  • Experience:

    2+ years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or community management — preferably with a tech startup, developer tool, or SaaS product. Proven track record of growing an online presence or user base.
  • Social Media Savvy:

    Deep familiarity with LinkedIn, Twitter (X), YouTube and their best practices for audience growth. Demonstrated ability to create viral or highly engaging posts and video content.
  • Content & Communication Skills:

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Creative copywriting ability

    targeted at a tech/developer audience

    . (Bonus if you have basic design or video editing skills for creating your own visuals.)
  • AI Tool Proficiency:

    Tech-savvy and quick to adopt new tools. Comfortable experimenting with

    AI-driven content creation

    (e.g. using ChatGPT or similar for writing, Midjourney or other generative tools for imagery).
  • Technical Aptitude:

    Ability to build or willingness to learn how to build simple applications or prototypes using no-code or AI app builder tools. You don’t need to be a software engineer, but you enjoy tinkering with new tech and can use our product (and similar tools) to create cool demos.
  • Entrepreneurial Mindset:

    Proactive, self-driven, and

    innovative

    . Able to work independently in a remote startup environment, take ownership of growth metrics, and

    think outside the box

    to find new ways to reach users.
  • Location:

    Based in

    India

    (or able to work primarily on India time zone). Excellent understanding of the Indian tech ecosystem and market is a plus, as many of our users and community initiatives are India-focused.


Nice-to-haves (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Domain Familiarity:

    Knowledge of or experience with AI-driven developer platforms.
  • Startup/Growth Experience:

    Previous experience working at an early-stage startup or on a small growth team where you had to wear multiple hats. Experience formulating growth strategies from scratch and handling rapid growth phases.
  • Community & Influencer Networks:

    Active involvement in developer or maker communities. Perhaps you have run a Discord/Reddit community, or you maintain a tech blog/YouTube channel. Existing network or personal brand in the tech space can help amplify our message.
  • Analytical Skills:

    Comfortable with marketing analytics, KPI tracking, and using data tools (Google Analytics, social media insights, etc.) to make data-driven decisions. Knowledge of SEO or email marketing is a bonus.
  • Creative Portfolio:

    A knack for storytelling and content creation. Any past examples of creative campaigns, viral posts, or content pieces you’ve created (especially using AI tools) will help you stand out.
