Job Summary

Growth Marketer

one-person marketing engine


1. Brand Positioning & Storytelling

  • Shape how RuDo is perceived across all touchpoints.
  • Build a clear, trust-driven communication style for NRIs.
  • Develop brand narratives around global + India investing, wealth building, and cross-border financial life.
  • Ensure messaging stays premium, consistent, and emotionally relevant.

2. Growth & Performance Marketing

  • Plan and run campaigns on Meta, Google, and LinkedIn.
  • Optimize CAC, activation rate, and ROI.
  • Build landing pages and run A/B tests to improve conversions.
  • Lead ASO and app-store messaging for downloads and trust.

3. Content Leadership

  • Create monthly content calendars for Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
  • Write scripts, hooks, captions, and educational content.
  • Oversee creators and influencers in the NRI + finance space.
  • Maintain a premium visual identity with the design team.

4. Communication & PR

  • Work with PR partners for media exposure and founder-led storytelling.
  • Build narratives around trust, regulation, cross-border investing, and wealth journeys.
  • Write crisp brand communication for website, emails, notifications, ads, etc.

5. Analytics & Insights

  • Track funnel metrics using GA4, Firebase, Mixpanel, and internal dashboards.
  • Run weekly experiments to understand user behavior and improve activation.
  • Improve onboarding flows with product team to increase first-investment conversion.


Required Skills

  • 4–7 years of experience in growth, brand marketing, or full-stack digital marketing.
  • Strong copywriting and narrative-building ability.
  • Experience with paid acquisition (Meta, Google).
  • Understanding of performance metrics, funnels, and retention.
  • Ability to create marketing ideas that are strategic, emotional, and conversion-focused.
  • Experience in fintech, wealth-tech, or NRI-focused markets (a plus).
  • Comfortable operating independently, with founders, in a fast-moving environment.
