Product Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with the product team to define and deliver high-impact features.
• Proactively document processes, requirements, and APIs.
• Bridge communication between technical and non-technical teams.
• Write clean, efficient code and help set technical architecture if needed.
• Identify process improvements and implement solutions.
• Manage user and stakeholder feedback to improve functionality.

What Were Looking For

• 4+ years experience in software development, with exposure to product/project management.
• Strong coding skills (backend and/or frontend) and experience with API integration.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills.
• Product thinking with a mindset for user experience and business value.
• Experience with agile, JIRA, Trello, Notion, or similar tools.
