Department: Product engineering

Location: Sari, Ahmedabad

Education: Bachelor's degree or Diploma in electrical engineering, Electronics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

Experience: 2- 5 years of experience in a similar service engineering role or technical assignment

Skills & competencies

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skill
• Good communication and cross functional coordination skills
• Hands on approach with trials and testing.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and modify products based on customer requirements and market needs
• Prepare product drawings, specifications, BOMs, and technical documentation
• Support new product development (NPD) from concept to production
• Conduct product testing, trials (in house and site both) and validation
• Analyze product failures and implement corrective and preventive actions
• Analyze customer complaints related to product performance and provide solutions
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety norms, and regulatory requirements
• Drive continuous improvement in product performance and reliability
