Role Overview:

Growth Manager


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a data-driven

    growth marketing strategy

    to drive customer acquisition and retention.
  • Create and optimize marketing funnels, ensuring seamless user journeys from awareness to conversion.
  • Own and optimize

    SEO and SEM

    strategies to improve organic traffic and paid campaign performance.
  • Develop

    email marketing campaigns

    that nurture leads and drive conversions.
  • Manage and grow

    social media channels

    to increase engagement, brand awareness, and lead generation.
  • Run

    A/B testing

    and conversion rate optimization (CRO) experiments to enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams to align growth strategies with overall company goals.
  • Analyze and report on key performance metrics, making data-backed recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Stay updated on the latest B2B SaaS marketing trends and best practices.


Qualifications & Experience:

  • 3+ years

    of experience in growth marketing, preferably in a

    B2B SaaS startup

    environment.
  • Proven track record of

    driving revenue growth

    through digital marketing channels.
  • Deep expertise in

    SEO, SEM (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads), Email Marketing, and Social Media Marketing

    .
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using tools like

    Google Analytics, HubSpot, Marketo, or similar CRM/Marketing automation platforms

    .
  • Experience running and optimizing

    A/B tests and CRO strategies

    .
  • Ability to manage and optimize

    performance marketing budgets

    efficiently.
  • Strong communication and project management skills.
  • Comfortable working in a

    fast-paced, startup environment

    and wearing multiple hats when needed.
